A prep pack for every sales meeting, ready before you join
Ahead of each external meeting, the Bot builds a one-page prep pack: who's attending, the last touch, open threads, and a suggested agenda.
What the Bot is set up to do
- Connect your calendar, email, CRM or sheet, and wherever call notes live.
- Say which meetings count: any with external attendees, or a keyword like 'discovery' or 'demo' in the title.
- Add an hourly routine during working hours that looks ahead to the next meetings.
Prompt
Every hour from 8am to 5pm, check my calendar for external meetings starting in the next 60 to 120 minutes that you haven't prepared yet.
For each one, send me a prep pack in under 250 words:
- Who's attending: role, company, and anything they've posted publicly in the last 30 days
- Last touch: our most recent email, call note or CRM activity, with a link
- Open threads: questions or promises still unanswered on either side
- Suggested agenda: 3 points, plus the one question I should ask
If you can't verify something, leave it out.
Business fit
Who this helps, and how:
- AgenciesConsultants walk into every pitch knowing the history, even across dozens of accounts.
- StartupsFounders on back-to-back calls stop scrambling through email before each one.
- Local & serviceHigh-ticket service businesses can prepare for consultations and site visits.
How to adapt it
Lindy offers a ready-made version triggered by 'discovery' in the event title; this is the Grok Bot equivalent.
Ask for a follow-up draft after the meeting too, built from the call notes.
Bots can build slide decks and deliver them as PowerPoint or Google Slides (October 7, 2026), so ask for a one-slide recap for the client.
