Turn One Keyword into Approved Instagram Posts with Make.com
A Make.com builder created a no-code pipeline where one keyword produces an AI caption and image, a reviewer approves or rejects it by email, and every decision is logged in Google Sheets.

Explain it simply
You type one word, like a topic, and an automation built in Make.com (a tool that links apps without coding) asks ChatGPT for an Instagram caption and a picture. The result is emailed to a person who clicks Approve or Reject. Every choice is saved in a spreadsheet, so nothing gets posted without a human saying yes.
What was done
The builder types in a single keyword. ChatGPT generates both the Instagram caption and the image, and Make emails the result to a reviewer, either the builder or a client.
The reviewer clicks Approve or Reject. The keyword, content, image and decision are then logged in Google Sheets automatically.
How it went
A working human-in-the-loop content pipeline with zero code. The builder's main point is the approval step: you get AI speed without "blindly auto-posting something off-brand."
- Limitation: it's a self-reported Reddit share. There are no numbers on time saved, posting volume or engagement, and every post still needs a person to review it.
Prompt
SETUP (adapted from the source's description)
1. Trigger: a form, a sheet row, or a manual run with one keyword.
2. OpenAI: generate the caption (prompt below).
3. OpenAI: generate the image from the caption's image idea.
4. Gmail: email the caption and image to the reviewer with two links, Approve and Reject (Make webhooks).
5. Google Sheets: log keyword, caption, image URL, decision, date.
6. Optional: publish to Instagram only when the decision = Approve.
CAPTION PROMPT (adapted, ours)
Write an Instagram caption for [brand], a [business type] whose voice
is [3 adjectives]. Topic keyword: [keyword].
Under 150 words. Open with a hook, end with one clear call to action,

Setup adapted from the post's description; the caption prompt is ours.
